Shipping cost are based on your destination and method of shipping (Canada Post Ground, Canada Post Air, USA/CANADA Expedited and Courier. Please contact our Sales Department for more information.
When will I receive my order?
Your order will be shipped out within two business days from the day we receive your payment.

  • Canadapost Ground Shipping: There are no online tracking options. Please email us - Shipping Department

  • USA/CANADA Expedited Shipping: To track your order, please proceed to Canada Post Online Parcel Tracking to track your shipment.

  • Courier  (UPS, Purolator, FedEX and DHL) You will receive a confirmation email indicating your tracking a number and a website address for you to track your shipment.

  • Can I pay for my order using two credit cards?
    Yes. You may pay for your order using two credit cards. All you need to do is is to contact our Billing Department and provide us with the following information:

    1. Movie/Song(s) title(s) you would like to purchase; and

    2. The amount to be charged to each of the credit cards.

    After we receive your request, we will set up special payment pages for you to pay us using two credit cards.

    Returns
    Can I return the item if I am not satisfied with it?
    OF COURSE. All purchase are backed by our 30 Days Money Back Guarantee. You can return the product to us for any reason within 30 days of delivery and obtain a refund or store credit. The actual shipping and handling costs associated with the order will be deducted from the refund.

    To qualify for a refund, you should send an email to our Refund Department with your order number. We will then send you a refund authorization form. The actual shipping and handling costs to be deducted from your refund will be shown on the form. You will need to complete the form and send it to us together with your returned product. You must return the product, including all documentation and accessories, intact and in its original packaging, undamaged and unused. The product must be shipped using a mail or courier service with delivery confirmation. Please also make sure that you pack the product properly. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping is your responsibility.

    All regular price items qualify for either a refund or store credit. All sale items can only be returned for a store credit, unless otherwise stated.

    What if you ship the wrong item to me?
    In the event that you receive a different product from the one that you ordered due to a mistake on our part, we will bear the shipping costs associated with the return as well as shipping costs associated with sending the right product to you by the mode of shipment specified in the order.
