Can I pay for my order using two
credit cards?
Yes. You may pay for your order using
two credit cards. All you need to do is is to contact our
Billing Department and provide us with the following
information:
1. Movie/Song(s) title(s) you would like to purchase; and
2. The amount to be charged to each of the credit cards.
After we receive your request, we will set up special payment pages for you
to pay us using two credit cards.

Can I return the item if I am not
satisfied with it?
OF COURSE. All purchase are backed by our 30 Days Money Back
Guarantee. You can return the product to us for any reason
within 30 days of delivery and obtain a refund or store credit. The
actual shipping and handling costs associated with the order will be
deducted from the refund.
To qualify for a refund, you should send an email to our
Refund Department with your order number. We will then send you a refund
authorization form. The actual shipping and handling costs to be deducted from
your refund will be shown on the form. You will need to complete the form and
send it to us together with your returned product. You must return the product,
including all documentation and accessories, intact and in its original
packaging, undamaged and unused. The product must be shipped using a mail or
courier service with delivery confirmation. Please also make sure that you pack
the product properly. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping is your
responsibility.
All regular price items qualify for either a refund or store credit. All sale
items can only be returned for a store credit, unless otherwise stated.

different product from the one that you ordered due to a mistake on
our part, we will bear the shipping costs associated with the return
as well as shipping costs associated with sending the right product
